Final Fantasy & Pokemon Weeks Commence!
Posted on Mar 01 2010

Beginning on Monday, March 8th and ending on Friday, March 12th we will be hosting a Final Fantasy XIII week. During this week our guest list will be littered with Final Fantasy voice actors from various games, but most notably are those from the latest installment of the series. If you wanted the scoop on Square-Enix’s newest project, then this is it!
During this week, GameTag has provided us with a large array of prizes to give away (and anyone in the world can enter!). We will be giving away four copies of Final Fantasy XIII! All you are required to do is listen to the station to find out how to win. In relation, we will also be giving away copies of God Of War III for all those gore-loving gamers out there. We will also be giving away a second mysterious prize away not on Kana’s Korner, but on a different DJ show, which means that there’s more bang for your buck listening to 91.8 The Fan 24/7.
Right afterwards on Monday, March 15th to Friday, March 19th we’ll celebrating the release of two new Pokemon games. What does this mean? It will be our first ever Pokemon week! Following the same pattern as Final Fantasy week, we will be inviting various Pokemon guests onto the station to talk about their experiences on this popular franchise as well as what they’re doing now.
On Wednesday, March 17th we will be hosting a Pokemon tournament that will end on the following Sunday (IE the 21st). The winners of said tournament will be able to win Pokemon SoulSilver or Pokemon HeartGold. Our staff member, Chris, has composed rules on the competition. If you have any questions please feel free to respond below in the comments suggestion. Sign-ups will start on the 10th, so make sure to enter!
