whell everyone brings a gift labled from dirty santa then we each draw a number and get to either open a new gift or "steal" on that is already opened once a gift is "stolen twice its frozen and has to stay putonce you get to the end of peoples the peolple who went first gets a chance to steal as they didnt get that chance before
