Sakuracon 2011 was this past Easter weekend.

I wish I could go to those cons but I live in chicago and well no way in going to other cons

Well, there will be one near O'Hare off the blue line in mid to late august (Anime World Chicago). I might go for fun since my commute isn't terrible. You should look into going!
