Yeah, these will be auto-leveled to 100, so all you need to do is EV train if you're into that thing.

Autolevel puts your team at level 100 for that single battle. It's not cheating.

Oh well im still new to the whole battleing with other ppl with soul silver so i didnt know it makes ur pokemon lvl 100 for that one battle
