Photon: The Idiot Adventures Episode 001 Discussion
Found this little gem on Netflix and was super happy to discover it. It's from the same people that did Tenchi Muyo, in fact it's extremely similar in design. 90s kids should recognize the style right away.
The characters are lively, people can live through some amazing situations, space adventures, weird tech, etc. Just a lot of staples that made Tenchi Muyo so enjoyable. It is a little on the mature side, the best way to describe it is a more naked Tenchi Muyo with less of a harem. I enjoyed the first episode so much I found a copy of a second-hand DVD for around $11 USD. I can't wait to see what happens next all things considered. So far it's been a pretty interesting lead up without me getting bored.
