K Set in a world where history has taken a slightly different course from the one we’re familiar with, K follows the story of a young boy whose life is caught in a psychic war between seven kings. Yashiro Isana, also known as Shiro, is wanted for a crime he has no recollection of committing. He finds himself being hunted by the groups Homura, led by Mikoto Suoh, “The Red King,” and Scepter 4, led by Reisi Munakata, “The Blue King.” While on the run, a young man named Kuroh Yatogami helps him. This fated encounter will change Shiro’s life forever. |

K Episode 006 Discussion
You know, I'm surprisingly interested in Mikoto only because he's Homura's leader and seems to have a lot of ulterior motives. I'm really curious what he decides to do next, I highly doubt it will be sitting in a jail the entire time.
Wah, Scepter 4 lady is in the Homura bar? Da' fudged crackers. Shiiiiro! q.q Who hates you? You're such a great character. I love this Totsuka character as well. Jeez, they're really good at making likable people. It's not fair to make a likable character that's dead. It's sort of weird that Kuro didn't mention that all these students knew Shiro and now they don't. I wonder if they'll explore that a bit. |

Re: K Episode 006 Discussion
Seri was sexy gorgeous in this episode. Loved the potential that the scene with her at the Homura bar had...but, sadly, it never developed the way I had hoped it would.
I would have rather had her stick around longer while she and the barkeep Homura guy reminisced about all of the stuff that we ended up seeing. Getting a perspective from both sides or something about what happened in the past. Lost potential there imo. I never felt any connection to Totsuka at all. Like none. The song he sang was nice, but the way they did the flashbacks made the whole episode seem disjointed to me. Again, lost potential, because I know they were trying to give us reasons to care about what happened to him.
