Cherry Blossom Festivals!
Hey everyone, it's time to celebrate the cherry blossoms! If you live near Washington or Philadelphia, they'll be a ton of Japanese flavored events! In fact, it's already started! However, the fun is just beginning! Are any of our listeners able to go to any of these events? I plan on going to an event or two!

Re: Cherry Blossom Festivals!
I went to Sakura Matsuri (the street festival) in DC last weekend. It was crazy packed and the food was overpriced, so we ended up ditching the festival and going to Chinatown. Fortunately the normal Chinatown lunch crowd was all at the street festival so we were able to get ~amazing~ food with zero wait!
Of course, with the mild winter all of the trees had already bloomed out, but it was still a wonderful day to walk around the tidal basin! |
