Clothing and such.
I wasn't entirely sure where to put this so I decided on general.I'm in the midst of finding clothing for my new wardrobe, and I was hoping some of you folks from the forums could help me out here.I'm looking at getting into visual kei and other japanese styles. But I'm such a noob that I have no idea where to begin. The main thing right now I know is to decide on a style that I like and go for it.I also know that more often then not people who wear these styles make their own clothes or alter pre-existing clothing.Buuut I was hoping that some of you maybe knew some sites that sell japanese clothing/styles etc,so I could get some already made stuff for when I decide on said style, and so that I have something to base future clothing alterations off from.Any advice, links, and help in general will be greatly appreciated, and if this thread is in the wrong place I apologize in advance.
Also, any sites that sell clothing from japan, such as band tees, accessories, hoodies, jackets and so on,are good too.Odds are I'm going to wind up with my own style to some degree.Sooo yea. >>

Re: Clothing and such.
It's a more recent clothing style that was first a music genre and worn by the bands of said music genre.A few examples would be Dir En Grey,LARC.and The Gazette.

Re: Clothing and such.
I shop Ebay alot for my Japanese clothes. Just remember, Japanese clothes run small, like very small. Their M is like our S or XS. Don't feel bad when you have to order stuff that's XL or XXL. (Their XXL is 40in hip!) You can also adjust too, I recommended replacing any zippers right away before you wear them to give extra room and a stronger zipper. you can find stores on ebay that make the clothes custom fix, but be prepared to play a heavy price for some. I tend to lean for a more punk style myself, but mixing and matching is more fun! ^_^
