[Multi] Castlevania

I've been playing Castlevania since I was five (nineteen now). Castlevania 64 and Symphony of the Night are still my personal favorites. People say 64 was a terrible game, but I liked it. I still play it from time-to-time whenever I feel like it (without saving).

Lord of Shadows was okay. I remember one level I just started running around and suddenly fell off the stage into the black abyss. I just ran for the heck of it in there for a few minutes before restarting the level. It was funny.

There was this one video for a new game that had Alucard in it. I would like for that game to come out. D:

I love the Metroidvania style of Symphony of the Night. Besides SotN, The GBA and DS Castlevania games are my favorites. :D

I am a fan of all castlevania games. All though I do have my least favorties. I just love how it is all about fighting some of the most terrifying creatures of all mythologies.

Was this stuff made before Lords of Shadow actually came out? The graphics don't seems as good as the actual game.

It would be REALLY interesting from a narrative standpoint for Simon Belmont to be worked into the Lords of Shadow storyline, but given how Lords of Shadow ended that's probably not the direction they're going with it. Partially because it looks like Simon's still back in the medieval times, and Lords of Shadow... ends where it does, which leads me back to my point about whether or not this is concept work for a new game or just something they whipped up back when LoS was in development.

I have all three on the DS, they are amazing games, even though I hate playing games on the DS :P

LUCKY! I can't seem to find any of them whenever I go into a game store. It makes me sad face.

Ya, I had to get Dawn of Sorrow on eBay because I couldn't find it. :/ I got Portrait of Ruin and Order of Ecclesia when they first came out. We have a local game store here that sells older, used DS games, but you'll never find them at GameStop or any of the mainstream stores anymore.
