Yeah, these will be auto-leveled to 100, so all you need to do is EV train if you're into that thing.

Autolevel puts your team at level 100 for that single battle. It's not cheating.

It's a very flawed strategy, but sometimes you get guys who do attack or guys who only use a 6 F.E.A.R Rattata team, when you can use it as your 6th once your opponent is 5 guys down and doesn't have a Ghost type left.
Otherwise, i may just have to use Verne the Caterpie
