I can't stop laughing. This episode was insane. Everything about it screamed horror movie. I have no idea what is Miya's problem, but she needs so much help. I can't believe Nanako is so complacent after she almost drowned! I mean, it's chill when people try to kill you, right? What... the heck?

That scene was STRAIGHT out of Friday the 13th... but I think this might have came before it? At least maybe the manga...
This just in: Friday the 13th is just a ripoff of a 70s shoujo series about lesbian highschool girls.
