Re: new to here. with a question?
I think an anime to go to from Wolf's Rain would be Outlaw Star... It has that sort of feel to it, to me, that Wolf's Rain had. If not that then possibly Big O if you like things like Batman or Mecha's.

Re: new to here. with a question?
Hm, well I've got to recommend classics like Dragon Ball Z and Yu Yu Hakusho. If you're looking for something a bit different I would probably suggest Akagi, but if I'm going mainstream I would recommend checking out Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann. Hope that helps. ^ ^

Re: new to here. with a question?
From recs from another site I use all of the time, these are the top five suggestions for anime you'd like if you liked Wolf's Rain, exluding movies since I'm assuming you're interested in series:
1. Witch Hunter Robin 2. Ergo Proxy 3. Texhnolyze 4. Cowboy Bebop 5. Last Exile The good thing about these is that they don't have a huge amount of episodes. On a related note, if you like wolf anime, I suggest watching Spice and Wolf or Ookami Kakushi. And welcome to the site. |

Re: new to here. with a question?
Watch Hamtaro! It's an anime about hamsters! Doesn't that sound like fun? Bada Bada!
If you're the type of person who prefers to watch more actiony stuff, may I recommend the Gundam franchise? The "Gundam 00" series is pretty cool. |

Re: new to here. with a question?
Hamtaro...wow. Whenever my wife gets just too inquisitive about my activities, I start calling her "Bijou" and joking that she's getting all hamster-y. And despite her dislike of anime, she knows exactly what I'm talking about...

Re: new to here. with a question?
Yeah, you can't go wrong with anything that was on the old toonami block. You might like 7 samurai, I always thought the style was similar between that and Wolfs Rain.
Welcome to the forums!
