The Official "Guilty Pleasure" Show/Channel thread

Since there was one of these on the Anime Section, I thought it'd be good to make on here and see what sort of things people like watching.

So, What sort of tv shows (or even whole channels) do you watch that you consider a Guilty Pleasure?

For me in whole channels it's HGTV. That's right, I like watching house hunters and all that other craziness on that channel (except I don't much care for David Bromstead...)

In specific shows, I often get drawn into watching America's Next Top Model marathons that are shown during the summer...

So what about you guys?
