Slice of Life
Romance Comedy Adventure Serious (if that can count as a genre these days) Coming of Age. I'm not limited to those genres, and I am aware that there is a lot of shovel anime in said genres, but there are quite a few gems too. And I know space travel doesn't count as a genre, so...it wasn't included.
