when the 5 thousand dollars that you owe to people for no reason other than their mistake ends up being 15 thousand dollars after additional charges and you e-mail the jerks to try to fix it and they e-mail you back "Thank you for your message! I am currently out of the office on vacation and will not return until Thursday August 5th.
