cant wait for trigun, but reaves??? heh... I dont like his acting at all, so i dont know what to say... the best movie he did was devil's advocate... and that was because picino was amazing

We did go to a special press/industry only key-note at AnimeExpo 2009, where a few of the people leading the panel were involved in the Cowboy Bebop project, which gave me more confidence in the project as a whole. Assuming Reeves can be a bit more likable, the fit isn't hard since essentially Spike is already fit well for the Western market. I'm sure if we pray, it'll be good. Have faith!

As a Reeves fan, I am pumped for Bebop. I don't understand why he gets all the hate. It's like Matrix was popular, so it's cool to hate him or something.

its not that, Im a amateur critic, and he shows no emotion through his acting. Its like listening in monotone, I can only fear what that type of acting (if you could call it that) would do to the character Spike.

The Matrix was actually a good part for him, he didnt have to show emotion as much as Neo, also it had alot of special effects... and special effects = blockbuster now adays...
