Can you save pictures from the internet?

That's the beauty of having it on a flash drive. Maybe you're not understanding but the application leaves no trace at all on whatever computer it is...

Go to: http://portableapps.com/ the applications on this website are made to be carried on a flash drive and do not actually need to install to be basically fully usable versions of applications....

You could always look into finding an IRC client such as mIRC and configure it to the 918 IRC.
