Tempest's Downpour -- Anime In-Jokes 4: School Life Edition
Don your seirafuku and don't forget to stop at your shoe locker! It's time to study up on Japanese school life and why none of it makes any sense to American viewers. I'll expect a three-page essay to be turned in by next week. But first, read here.

Do you feel that other Countries should practice this? or do you think they simply work their students too hard? Despite they seem to be able to take it?

I don't think the students can handle it well at all. Japan has a word for the mental disorder caused by overworking onesself. They need to chill.
But then in America, working people have no mandated vacation days like they do in other countries, so yeah. Ouch. We could do for more vacations in the States methinks. Also, the point of the Anime In-Jokes segment isn't to say whether I agree with the practices. I'm simply informing the viewer. |
