Re: Your favorite western cartoon/animation
I loooooooooved watching Avatar: The Last Air Bender with my closest friends in high school.
I grew up on titles like Kablam, Catdog, Ren and Stimpy, Hey Arnold, AHHHHH Real Monsters!! and Ed, Edd n' Eddy. I had a huuuuuuuuuge obsession in middle school with the French series, Code Lyoko. Dear goodness, I was the authority on Code Lyoko trivia. I'm definitely back on my Code Lyoko kick though. Old obsessions die hard :P

Re: Your favorite western cartoon/animation
I'm not going to be too nostalgic, but some of the cartoons that I remember fondly watching just a few years back include Justice League, Teen Titans, Samurai Jack, Hey Arnold, Doug, Angry Beavers, that Jackie Chan animated series, and anything that we got here in Canada from Nickelodeon.
The old ones I always watched with my Dad on sundays are kind of foggy. I remember Yogi Bear being in that line up. There was a show about racing, Looney Tunes, The Road Runner Show, The Bugs Bunny Show, and other retro shows like that made up a good portion of my childhood since my dad is really into that kind of stuff. Somewhere in between there, shows like Johnny Bravo, Animaniacs, and Pinky and the Brain came in. And the newer wave of shows that came in such as Fairly Odd Parents and Spongebob. One of my favorite cartoons a few years back that may or may not still air, not sure, was called 6teen. Just thought it was a witty and fun representation of being a teenager. Although I can't leave out Charlie Brown. Every single holiday since I can even remember, I sit and watch any and all Charlie Brown movies that air on TV. I am in love with the Peanuts gang and anything to do with them.

Re: Your favorite western cartoon/animation
Egad, Angry Beavers!!! How could I forget??!?!?!?! My dad would watch that with me every weekend morning when I was a kid. Beavers that talk. What could beat that?!
My thing with Code Lyoko was that they tried to up the quality of Lyoko in the second season. It lost it's sort of nostalgic feel. Then they proceeded to give the characters new looks on Earth and on Lyoko as well as introducing a new "villain" with William giving Yumi more of a reason to be there. Lyoko had it's ups and downs, but over all a fantastic kids' series for kids young (mostly young boys) and old (the nerdy older ones which would include girl(s))

I also remember watching Invader Zim and Megaman EXE. Then there was gundam wing re-runs.

Re: Your favorite western cartoon/animation
Does anyone remember the Warner Bros. cartoon Histeria? I used to watch it every morning before going to school, it sort of had the feel to it like Animaniacs or Tiny Toons, only it was about history. I can't remember how long ago that was, like 10+ years ago when it last aired.

Re: Your favorite western cartoon/animation
It's funny, because I don't actually remember much about the show. I remember Father Time and that news anchor woman, that's about it. I also remember they used to play The Mummies after that show, but I rarely got to watch it because I always left for school right when it started.
