While nobody's prefect, that doesn't stop most anime villains from thinking otherwise. Dameon Clarke voice Cell from DBZ, who is one such villain. For those of you under your rocks that haven't seen DBZ, he's also done voices in other hit things, like Yu Yu Hakusho and Marvel vs Capcom 3. Now you have to listen!
