Yes it is but I dont get quite like that.

I'm pretty crappy, but then again most of my efforts are directed at SSF4 currently, after EVO online I'll throw more time into SC2, memorizing the hotkeys learning to properly group my units and buildings, getting good econ running and getting better timing on my macro, learning to keep that up while macroing, learning how to properly send in back up on an attack, and then getting a good army makeup.

My macro is almost always my downfall.

Bronze League fo lyf!... or hopefully not...

Yes same here too Elk I spend too much time on managing everything else but my eco, which becomes my downfall.

My eco is always good, I just forget to army up. I always die to a big push with thousands of minerals and even more gas. when I win it's because I remember to keep my budget balanced and have a sizable army.
