I really only have 1 game for it, Lost Odyssey. (I have Dead or Alive 4 and DOA Xtreme 2 also, but...I don't play those anymore.)

Is it worth it sending it in, providing I have to...provide my own box? >.>;

Or should I just invest in a refurbished one from Gamestop at $140? I mean, judging that MS just gives you someone else's 360 anyway and that they don't really fix it, they just tinker with it until it works again....

It'd be the same quality.
Honestly you'd be better off buying a brand new one. If you get stuck with an old one (before they upgraded the x-clamp and heat sync) you're just going to red ring. All of the old ones are ticking time bombs, but the newer ones won't RROD on you if you take care of them. You can find some new pro consoles for about 170, I believe, and getting an elite for 300 isn't a raw deal.
