Both the Elric brothers come in at a tie for number one, they complete each other
2. Rei Ayanami, She has to be one of the most caring and sexy characters in anime
3. Yuki Nagato, She is a total computer geek and well I just dig that in a girl
4. Sasuke Uchiha, I think his character was well developed in the anime and let's be honest, if your entire family was killed and you and your brother was the only people left in your family, you would be depressed too.
5. Yuko Ichihara, She is the most wisest person I know.
