From recs from another site I use all of the time, these are the top five suggestions for anime you'd like if you liked Wolf's Rain, exluding movies since I'm assuming you're interested in series:
1. Witch Hunter Robin
2. Ergo Proxy
3. Texhnolyze
4. Cowboy Bebop
5. Last Exile
The good thing about these is that they don't have a huge amount of episodes.
On a related note, if you like wolf anime, I suggest watching Spice and Wolf or Ookami Kakushi.
