The Enigma Stone Event! turn on your NDS, log onto the Nintendo WiFi and download your Enigma Stone! The Enigma Stone allows you to battle/capture either Latias or Latios, depending on which version you own (Latias for SoulSilver, and Latios for HeartGold).
You can battle Lati@s after talking to Steven in the pewter City museum after receiving the Enigma Stone!
