I don't really have a Top 10 per say, I just have series that I like a lot. Those being:

ARIA
Negima!
Nana
Eureka Seven
Lovely Complex
Kanon
Hayate the Combat Butler
Infinite Ryvius
Maria-sama ga Miteru

Oh pfft, just check out my anime list, it's easier.
