For anime, I've really enjoyed the Clannad, Cowboy Bebop and FLCL OSTs, for sure.
For video games I think I'll go with Shenmue, Shenmue II, Jet Set Radio Future and pretty much all the Katamari games, as well as the majority of the Sims titles.
