It is delicious!

I would describe it as a bit heavier than chicken...and also (when cooked correctly at least) slightly more succulent. Thanksgiving Turkey makes you drowsy though o.o ... so worth it.

Best part of Thanksgiving though is the Candied Yams...zomg
