You know what grinds my gears?

When people assign papers based upon a certain length, aka by words, pages, etc. How do they not realize that the paper writes itself?! I mean, minimums and maximums are for either lazy people or over achievers. If the paper is good, neither would be necessary...quality over freaken quantity!
