I think water type pokemon had always the flaw, that they didn´t have that many strong attacks, but since surfer got 15 AP they are just cheated, as you can teach that one to every water pokemon.

I will get HeartSilver for sure, silver is my favourite pokemon game so far and I would love to see it touched up for the ds.
