Tsubasa Chronicle's OST really stuck out to me. I don't think I've seen another anime where I noticed the soundtrack so much, but then again there's tons of anime I've never seen.

Initial D OST are pretty win. Move is a great band but they only did songs for that anime. Dogfight, Night of Fire, Break into the Night are a few of my favorites.

Jet Set Radio Future's OST even if it is only a bunch a remixes of the previous games songs.
I always like parts of Halo's OSTs.
Team Fortress 2 obviously.
Left 4 Dead 2 was badass and bluesy an all that good ♫♫♫♫.
