Girls' Generation And The Dangerous Boys

I've seen a lot of new reports for this show and caught an episode on my mom's TV on the weekend.

From what I gather the basic premise is about five delinquents who are forced to live in a dorm together, and their teachers are none other than Girls' Generation. The girls' aren't their only teachers though, the boys have therapists, actual teachers (for classes), the production crew, etc. The girls are more there as guidance counselors if anything, but since they're such a huge name in Korea the boys legit listen to them it seems.

The boys came from a life of never studying, family problems, no goals, drinking, or smoking. In the dorms they get appropriate punishments and rewards depending on how they do. Their big goal is to work together and learn a dance for Street Jam with the help of the girls and their teachers.

I caught this around the time they've gotten really, really good. Coming from their background they've made a lot of progress so far. I've seen a lot of netizens saying that why are the girls from Girl's Generation even there, but it seems like they're all friends and they are legit helping the boys.

What do you guys think? Even though Girls' Generation isn't certified for this sort of thing do you think this is helpful for a bunch of boys to have someone to look up to or that they're making the situation worse?

That could be considered a hard question cause it depends wether the tutoring its beneficials and if the boys actually want to learn cause i have seen people like that that only learn and do good doing the time programs like this happen but soon after they go back to the way they use to be, while others actually learn the lesson and try to make it better but in some cases people still see them as trouble makers

well this is my opinion what about other people

I mean so far the boys seemed like they changed a lot. One of them left because he refused to really work with anyone, and he didn't like how he was being portrayed on TV. The girls and the other boys tried to get him back, but he kinda tossed it away.

As for the boys on now they all seem to have developed goals as well as strengthening ties with each other. It's cute to seem them interact and grow, even if they're still horrible at cursing. xD
