Hey guys, since starting back at school i have begun to take advantage of there rosseta stone software, which they offer for free, also ive been going to japanese pod 101. I was wondering if you guys had any suggestions for other services i might try to supplement this regimen.

It has a lot of Japanese stuff on it, but it's not as much for the tutorial things, but would be cool, especially for when you become more proficient.

IMABI is an extremely useful resource; It's constantly growing and you can learn virtually everything you need to become fluent in Japanese there.

For kanji studying and review, I use Speedanki.

A very reliable Japanese dictionary can be found at Tangorin.

I speak english, spanish and japanese and have to say that nothing is better than accually speaking it. Also having an electronic dictionary would be good also, (thats what japanese people use to learn english) Once you get semi decent at japanese i would suggest translating things(stories, letters, articles etc.) from japanese to english and english to japanese. Its good practice

Well as for me I speak english, Spanish and a little, italian (plus a few worlds in japanese like every otaku)
and if you are looking for something to start learning go to a book store and buy a japanese diccionary book
