Yeah its not really newbie friendly but you get to make whatever kind of game you want.

I've heard good things about the RPG maker programs, and from what I've seen of them you have a lot of control over things without having to work from the ground up.

It gives you the chance to be more technical. I mean, there's a script engine and a resource manager so you can upload self created sprites or ones that other people have made you and edit the fight formats etc. Not that you'd catch me doing that... :P

That's pretty sweet. I'm assembling a small team of people I trust to get started on some iPhone development. We're all pretty broke and bad at getting extra capital, so we're pretty much gonna use the iPhone SDK and write everything in C++. What kinda game you making?

Its the first time I've coded in c# (I learnt c++ and visual basic in college) and its the first time I've made a game so I'm keeping things simple for now.

The game I'm currently making was based on the tutorial for xna game studio. I kept adding more and more to it and eventually decided that I would make it a full game out of it.

I've currently got a bigger project in the early planning stages but I want to finish this one first (It will give me time to work out how I'll do a more complex AI).

I'm going INSANE!
My NDS lite is missing and has my Pokemon FR and Platinum version in it!!!! ;_;
It also has the eggs of the pokemon with special breeded moves in it I was planning to ship to my Soul Silver!!!!

Getting ready to put some medical drops into my cat's ears (she has some kind of allergy and occasionally she gets large build up of earwax, the drops loosens it up so it can drain out). Then I'm going to find something to eat, as I haven't had anything since I got home from work.

I don't think I can top medically treating my cat,

But I'm actually recovering from a procedure i had this morning. Basically the doctor tried to make me pass out by means of a hydrolic bed. Let's just say it worked, now I'm exhausted from basically passing out. And it's the worst feeling in the world when you're about to pass out. I just woke up from my nap and jumped on here though so I seem to be alright.

I may have nightmares involving hydrolic beds for the rest of my life.. but it's good..

But not that I get my exam results on my birthday in March :S
