the 1st chapter is up raw of the manga and it is GX mixed with digimon the eyepiece the protagonist wears creates a virtual battlefield for the monsters and sense its back in DA odds are that there are no card games on motorcycles sadly
this may not mater sense the gx and 5ds manga are completely different from the animes

I'm gonna watch this anime. But only because (1) I've seen at least 25 episodes of each Yu-Gi-Oh! anime and (2) I'd be the only staff member to potentially add character entries for Anime-Planet's database.

However, why is it that the protagonist's choice of favorite monster type is always Warriors? *sigh*

Somehow it slipped my mind that Yugi used Spellcasters. Dark Magician, Go!
Spellcasters need to be brought back.

And I wish new Yu-Gi-Oh! anime series would make more references to past characters; I think in 5Ds, it's just been Kaiba. At least in GX, a lot of the previous characters were mentioned, sometimes even SHOWN. Hopefully Zexal will do so, however, I don't know how far the timeline starts off from 5Ds.

Some of these references happen early in the anime, but the most recent for me (because I'm watching the dub) is episode 94, Keeping a Promise Part 1. Someone made a joke about Seto Kaiba--it was so random it made me laugh. XD I can only remember references to Seto Kaiba's influence on dueling technology, which makes me think he's the sole character referenced.

it's YuGiOh Zexal, but I'm scared because it's actually not bad, although it's going the GX route of random duels that don't have a plot, unline YGO and 5D's (where as the first season started with Yusei looking for payback and dueling people until he found jack)

So, but that account, Akiza is obviously the best by default to plants.

When it happens, hopefully 4kids won't mess it up. Looks like if their not to nitpicky with the small things, they may do nicely. I'd like to see more than just 4Kids voice actors do it, Vic Mignogna can even be good for this?

i have to admit ive been playing yugioh since the game came out and seen ever episode of yugioh, GX and 5Ds........this show .....ugh the main character is so annoying and the XYZ monsters are more broken the Syncros cause they ignore level restrictions which i find stupid ....sorry nerd rage ^^;

It's understandable, I was playing my friend who made a Banish deck involving Fish/Aqua monsters from the newest set. I summoned Utopia as my final hope (No pun intended given his new in Japanese is "Emperor Hope") and attacked only his only defense (Gravity Bind) be useless.

Exceeds (The japanese way to spell Xyz, I refuse to called them Xyz since it's too confusing) are almost as broken as Synchos now with cards like "Exceed Reborn" being added to the fray.


"Exceed Reborn" is a trap card special summons an Exceed Monster from the graveyard and attaches itself to the Exceed monster as Exceed material
