I've been reading Eragon lately. Great book. Great, great book. I must agree with those that say the movie botched it. The movie was good, but left out so much. Good good good book

Eragon sucks. I have NEVER seen more plagiarism in anything.

plagiarism in like how all fantasy steals LOTR's trappings or in other respects?

Anywho, I generally havn't been reading much outside the manga world lately to my own sadness. Some of my favorites I've re-visted lately were "Salamandastron - From the Redwall series" and "Long Dark Tea Time For The Soul by Adam Douglas"

Yes, but that's to be expected. It's the way it copies Star Wars, scene by scene, that really ticks me off.

actually picked up a WH40k novel from the library. I play the table-top alot, and saw it just sitting on the new releases shelf, so I thought I would pick it up. So far its pretty good for war porn...

I remember having to read Nineteen Eighty-Four for school. Not the best novel to be forced to read when you have a heavy work load, that's for sure.

I'm currently reading Frankenstein. Oh what fun that is /sarcasm

I had to read Great Expectations for Engrish.
I read the abridged sparknotes version. Does that count?

Last book I seriously got through cover to cover would be.........Of Mice and Men. God, I loved Lenny.

Urgh. 1984. I did not enjoy that one bit.

But I just finished speed-reading Grendel for school. It was interesting... I have Snakehead from the Alex Rider series sitting in my backpack waiting to be read though, so I guess I'll be reading that next...

Reading, in great detail, page by page of World War Z. It's going to happen some day soon, I got to be ready when it happens. My zombie plan will be 10x better with this book by my side.
