a Nifty math puzzle

My father sent me this, knowing how much of a math whiz I was, I was stumped at first but once I actually took a closer look at it the answer became obvious.

The rules are simple, using the following math problems, figure out the answer to the last question.
When you think you have an answer reply with "PM sent", in which you follow with a PM containing your answer, I will then post your name under "Winners" if you got it right, otherwise I put your name under 'Incorrect", you have unlimited guesse, but DO NOT spam me with multiple answers.
