I'm looking to find out what this is. I'm pretty positive it's recent (either this season or last season):

I did some looking around, maybe touhou? I heard there was an anime or an OVA being made for it. and I found this, with some similar looking chars.

Found it. It's titled Makai Ouji: Devils & Realists (http://hummingbird.me/anime/makai-ouji-devils-and-realist) and the character is Gilles De Rais. Anyone else need Tumblr gifs or random pictures identified?
