Information:
2013 is the first time for the event in the new World Forum venue in The Hague. To celebrate the 15th anniversary, Anime started it's own International Cosplay Event, BorderCos accepting teams of up to 10 people. Teams must have at least two countries represented. So a team USR (US and Russia) is possible!
