Tsukino-Con is an independent annual convention organized by fans to promote anime, manga, and other forms of Japaneses pop culture. The convention is run by the community in a family friendly and fun format that introduces, nurtures and matures the enjoyment and understanding of the anime and manga subcultures to the local community and the world at large
