Anyone know if and how one can change the "sparkle"/shiny avatar name thing?

I hadn't notice it until one of my friends made a Twilight reference after seeing it. D: I ain't no vampire sparkle anime monster! #barf

Or am I stuck with it cuz I'm still a newbie? HALP!
