Anyone excited for this year?

DS, Kibs, and myself went previously and had an absolute blast. The guests were all kind and were very high tier in terms of popularity. The convention treated us amazingly, and we plan to do it all again this year.

They've already released about five or so hints at what the guests are. So take a guess yourself at their website and tell me who you think it might be!

Well, since we're talking about it, I have a very big hunch that L'arc~En~Ciel will be one of the groups preforming. It's not confirmed, but Chase has been sending out a ton of miscellaneous press releases about them. So the chance of Chase doing promotion for them in exchange for this is kinda strong. There's other guest hints as well, which I'll post below. Feel free to get your guesses in.

We know the person associated with this hint is Japanese.
No word on voice actor, director, etc
Yoko Kanno was directly denied as being the guest.

Timing leads me to believe this is someone who has to do with fashion...
No for sure indications of what this person, character, etc works in though

Announced the same time as the third hint, which leads me to believe the third hint is a designer.
This is very obviously Sixh (http://am2con.org/wp-content/uploads/2011/03/Sixh.jpg), but there is no confirmation as of yet.

I think it definitely is larc en ciel. I thoroughly enjoyed their event last year. I also heard rumblings of a Korean band and orange range.

I heard Orange Range from someone in their forums, but I dunno how valid that is since I haven't seen any promotional material from Bam Marketing. As for a Korean group... if I see a hint I'll be able to name it in a heartbeat. I was really hoping they'd include different cultures, but one can only hope. :)

Depending on my financial situation, this is a convention I'd like to attend.
It would be the furthest I've ever been away from home, I'd also would have to overcome my fear of planes.
That or I could start walking and be in the best shape of my life.
Put me down as a solid "maybe".

You need to remember, Cons never truly reveal their full guest list until a week or so before conventions, some people need to cancel at last minutes, and they sometimes find new ones at the last minute as well

Well the only con I ever attended was in 2008, and I didn't attend to meet any guests :P

And they announced quite a few of their summer festival performers, so it's obvious they're moving into music now. I'll assume this isn't a full list since last year they only highlighted a few out of about twenty to thirty performers (Stephanie Yanez also confirmed with us she was going, but it has yet to be announced so I would expect more musicians to be added soon).
