Well, 15 Years of Pokemon is long and it has evolved from that first release of the first generation. It has gained a worldwide audience of gamers from when the first game has released. I have to say, Pokemon is like a connection of gaming and anime fans together IMO.

Ha! No I didn't! I didn't get Blue Version until 1998. So, not fifteen years yet for me. The Japanese sales to date is an interesting statistic.

Yeah, it's only been about 12 or 13 years for us. But, man did I feel like a kid again when I picked up my pre-order of white today. I haven't pre-ordered a pokemon game and been this excited about it since I pre-ordered Crystal and freaked out in the car on the way home because the first pokemon I can across was a pidgey and it MOVED!!!!!!!!!!! Alas, such days of wonder are too far gone. However, pokemon just hasn't lost its appeal to me yet. I still feel like a kid on Christmas morning.

Wow... Where has all the time gone? I remember watching it every day after school and in the early hours of Saturday morning ^.^... The fist pokemon thing related I had was a huge stack of cards from my Uncle, Remember those cards for Energy? The card with a orb in with like a fire / water / melee/ fist symbole in? I could beat anyone, My favourate card was either Persian or Moltres, their graphics are so pretty <3...
Still a gen one fan ^.^
