Japanese Gundam VS Chinese Gundam

A very interesting/funny article i just read.

A Chinese amusement park is denying claims they their 15 meter (49 ft) Robot is a rip off of Japan's "Mobile Suit Gundam" and that the mecha itself is an original design.

Hmm... All of the parts are the same, the V crest is the same, and the other stuff is the same. They so to- Oh wait! They're different colored! One is a gold color and the other is white! Yep! That pretty much makes them different.

They are different cause the Japanese one looks cooler and I want it.
Plus Japan's is solid and China's is just cloth and a frame.

One is a gold color and the other is white! Yep! That pretty much makes them different.

Well, I see 'minor' differences.

One is found at the head of both statues. The 'exhaust' shaped as a helmet doesn't seem to be similar in both pictures.

Also note the calves of both of them and see that the Japanese one has more detail than the Chinese one.

Not to mention, the Chinese Gundam has very obvious lines that could be from a frame to put up the panels, while the Japanese can't be seen but made 'some' of the frames look like how they 'actually' made a Gundam if they were mechanics.

Well, they will get away with it becuase they are China. What is Japan going to do yell at China? Who owns their debt, and unlike Japan can declare war?

Apparently even for the Chinese the similarities were too great which is surprising considering how much they blatantly copy.
