That android eighteen has a huge head XD. That murder story would have been more interesting if the victim attempted to use a kamahamaha wave to defend themself before resorting to transforming into sailor moon.
If they are going to have a manga style attack, why not a similar defense?
That’s just Toriyama’s style seeping through, it’s pretty easy to tell what he’s had his influential hand in~
